The letter never mentions email or actual bank address but on the inset paper about important information it gives info for Amy Morbeck,Division President. I called the number for activation Before I saw the opt out number. A recording says this number can not be reached at this time, I then saw the to opt out of the publications And called it asks for your SSN saying for all preferences credit card offers to be put on hold for 5 years.

It offers you up $15000.00 in advance but number for activation says this number can not be reached at this time and then the number at bottom of page wants you to give them your full social security number to remove you from all credit offers thru the mail. There is no email address given or actual address on letter.
