I tried to upload Norton to a new computer and was given and error code. I clicked on what appeared to be a real Norton website. I was not careful. It was a fake site. They linked to my computer, showed me fake information, assured me they were Norton. And charged me $200 to load the software.

I then called the real Norton. They told me it was a scam and they went in and removed all the spyware Arvada put on my computer.

I was unable to get my payment back from paypal. If you go online-there is a picture of the Arvada business-which is a small ranch house.

I have has 2 dark web attacks since then.
