I ordered clothing from this company. The items received were not the items I ordered. Some items were not what I ordered, others were very cheap. In the case of 2 items, Arttcy used pictures from a legitimate company (Wanakome) to advertise. What I received were extremely cheap imitations that didn't even look like the original advertised.

I checked their returns policy which states that they will refund if I am not satisfied and they will also pay for the return shipping. Upon contacting the company I was asked to send photos, and to consider giving the items to someone else. They stated that it would be very costly for them to deal with the refund and they would prefer to give me a 30% discount on another order. That is clearly unacceptable!

I am still waiting to hear from them to tell me where to ship the items back.
