I ordered an automobile diagnostic tool from this company. I got an order number from them but no e-mail confirmation. Thought I would call their customer service only to find that no phone number exists. I did e-mail their customer service three times but only got a reply the first time. They said I would receive my merchandise in 5-7 working days. That time has come and gone. Given that I can’t contact them, I now believe that I have been scammed.
