I ordered liquid lipstick online from Artpop Cosmetics on April 15 and immediately received an email that my order was being processed. After about 2 weeks, my bank account was charged, but my order was still listed as "processing," so I sent them an email for an update. Two weeks later, they had not responded to my email, and my order was still processing. I submitted an official ticket through their website and got an email saying my ticket was received, but over the following months, I never got a followup. More recently, I tried tweeting at their account in the hopes that they monitored their social media but also got no response. I stumbled upon their Yelp page and saw 5/6 reviews matched my experience- I am suspicious that the one positive review, as well as the few product reviews on their website, are false. Their website approves reviews before posting them, so it seems likely they filter out this negative feedback. Thankfully, I ordered their product with a discount, so I only had to pay for shipping, but it is still upsetting on principle.

this company about 3 months ago. After about 5 emails that went unanswered, I finally got a response stating they would send me the lipstick immediately and refund my money for the inconvenience. This was one month ago. I messaged again a few days later and stated the money has not been refunded yet, to which they replied it takes 4-7 business days. It's been another month and still no refund or lipstick. I sent another 3 emails to the person in charge, Antonio, and he has not responded. This company is ignoring me yet again and the phone number on their website is someone's cell phone with no voice mail. They previously stated the phone number on their website is not the correct business number and they are working on changing it. So there is no way to contact this company via phone currently. I'm not the only person who is having trouble receiving the product I ordered. Reviews of the company show that this happens quite often. I have yet to find a positive review. It's not clear if this company actually has products for sale or simply takes money and makes false promises.

Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order

I would like this company to send me the product I ordered. Since they offered to refund my money as well, I'd like to take them up on that offer as promised.
