I just discovered the email & knew something was amiss. I called their customer service # +1(321)701 – 0605 and they told me the charge was to renew a yearly subscription to an antivirus. They said they were from Best Buy Geek Squad which I knew couldn't be true as I have a service contract with Best Buy Geek Squad & their manner of handling a customer was not the usual Geek Squad protocol. I asked why did the email say ARTMIS & why was it sent from [email protected]? The rep hung up the phone on me.

Also when I copied and pasted the +1(321)701 – 0605 phone number, it pasted as: +1T(35211)873071 – 0.564065

I AM NOT SURE IF THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. I'M LOOKING INTO IT.

I received an email stating that my subscription was just renewed and to call a phone number to cancel. When I called the phone number, the rep didn't answer, but called me back and confirmed my name and address. He stated that to cancel the subscription I had to download Team Viewer to generate a cancellation ID. I refused and he hung up, so I don't know what he was after, I assume personal information. Team Viewer allows remote access to a computer.
