I ordered a pet backpack from this company. It did not come with instructions for attaching the viewing bubble. I watched a YouTube video made by a customer and tried to attach the bubble. The ring would never snap on and tighten and the bubble just kept falling out. I contacted the seller through email and was instructed that the notches on the ring had to align just so in order to tighten the ring (the video said nothing about aligning notches). They also said to send a video of my attempt to attach the bubble. I thought this was odd but I made the video. It was too large to attach to my email so I contacted them again asking for a phone number so I could send the video in a text. They replied they did not have a phone number and repeated the request for a video. This was a red flag for me so I then googled the address listed on their website and found it wasn't valid.
