Website advertised men's clothes on social media which redirected to their website. I purchased three items based on incredibly misleading images on their website and when delivered they were of incredibly poor quality and not the same item as pictured. Quality issues included printed stencil marks being left on one of the shirts from the template shirt material they had obviously been assembled from which would be visible when worn. I immediately requested a refund via email which was denied even though the company never saw the shirts they had shipped me from their warehouse. I am concerned they are targeting users via social media for an initial purchase with no intention of needing repeat business and knowing that they are beyond the reach of authorities.
