I ordered a printer that they had for sale on the website,they took my money out my account 2 minutes after i ordered it but never gave me a confirmation email.I emailed the website about the problem & they just send me the same 2 emails without any follow-ups.Asking me to send the order number,after i sent the order number 5 times the same email comes back stating they will get back to me in 2 business days but its been A MONTH ALREADY.They WONT allow me to contact customer care to retain a refund or anything on the WEBSITE.

I bought a 12’ pool for my son, spent over $100 and never got the product. I contacted Artfire and they said they removed the seller, I’d have to dispute the purchase with my credit card. However, other reviews of their site give extremely low stars and are unsatisfied with purchases. The entire site is a scam.
