Claimed they found my resume on Monster and told me about a personal assistant job opening here ** *** ***  Asked if I would be interested. Since I am looking for a job I said yes. A few days later I get a text at 10:40 PM telling me of my phone interview scheduled for the next morning. The interview was short and I was not comfortable with the process. When I asked about the companies "U.S." location they told me it was new and would be opening in a couple of weeks. I ended the interview. 2 days later I get another text asking me for my personal references. I texted back "please send me the address of the satalite location". They never responded. Today I got 2 emails one from [email protected] and one from [email protected] saying they offer me the job. I did not respond back. The email reads as follows:

On behalf of ARS Technologies, it is my pleasure to offer you the position of Personal Assistant (Fulltime/Permanent). Please note that this letter is to be considered a binding contract and employment is at will. It serves as an outline of what the Company is presently offering you as an ARS Technologies employee. Statistics show that a resume and interview do not guarantee a successful employee, especially in the tech world and Field.

I would like to reiterate from the previous e-mail that our company is expanding and opening a new office in the downtown area. This office is where you will be stationed for work. We will be opening the new office in two weeks from now. Your required duties will be assigned before the official opening of the new office. Our objective at hand is for you to provide assistance as necessary in our transition, day 28th of January 2019 the satellite office will be ready for business. Your starting salary is:

Hourly: 31.25, Weekly: 1250

Bi-Weekly: 2500, Annually: 65000

Vacation time is paid in 3-week increments. Benefits are included, and bonuses are paid annually.

Office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday.

A laptop and disc containing the company's platform (software) will be provided to you along with company software ensuring effectiveness in your assigned tasks. All assigned tasks are to be reported when completed.

Please, Confirmation is needed of the required details listed below to have our Finance department mail a check/cheque to you for office equipment, pieces of furniture and stationaries that will be used for office setup which you will monitor, you will be monitoring the decorator to have the office setup:

• The full legal name for the check/cheque

• Complete mailing address (with Unit # if applicable)

• Direct cell phone number (Not landline)

After replying with the details requested, I will call you within the next 24 hours to touch base with you and also to answer any question you may have.
