Hi, I recently looked into a loan with a private mortgage lender. Called him yesterday. Received a call today from the number above indicating I was approved for a loan but would have to pay for insurance up front for an unsecured loan. Called back my guy to say thank you. He said for what. Shared my experience and he said do not do it as he hasn't even started the process.
