Stating I took a loan from EZMONEY based on information timeframe would have been 2010. Also claim I closed back account immediately after taking loan committing NSF FRAUD. I have never taken loan from EZMONEY nor would I have listed the two individuals they say they will subpeona because they were listed as references on original application. Threatening to put lein on my current residence.

I have received a letter from arrowhead law group on Feb 18th 2025 saying I owe 700.04 to ezmoney saying I had a nsf fraud but I have never got a loan from this place I have applied but was never approved and that was like 15yrs ago it listed my mom and sister name to subpoena if this case goes to court it says it was filed by a guy named Oscar over a year ago it’s saying it’s my 2nd notice but this is actually my first notice when u look up the address it comes up as a us post office I called the number listed tells u to push 1 says no one is available and hangs up I tried to email them and it comes back as it can’t be sent out

Received a letter stating that I'm being sued on behalf of EZMONEY for an installment loan which I've never had or ever heard of. What disturbs me the most is that the last four digits of my SSN were referenced.My credit score, which was not accurate by the way. My address as being a property owner. Also my Father's name and my Brother's name listed as being supoened to testify aginst me at trial. My Father has been deceased for over 30 yrs by the way. Do i have any legal recourse for these false allegations and threats.

Received a letter today stating that I owed money to a company called, EZMONEY. I have never had an account with a company by this name. The letter had a faded stamp, stating that it was filed by an "Oscar" over a year ago. The letter has a faded letterhead and bold letter sections are faded, and appears to be copied. The letter list both of my parents names in case, "as witnesses to testify against you should this matter go to trial". The letter has a credit score listed with is not mine, with a threat that a hard inquiry can be run on my credit report and will "significantly impact your credit score".

They sent a letter to me stating I had a payday loan which I have never had that had to be paid by Feb 28, 2025 and they had the last 4 digits of my SSI number and the name of my ex husband from , 2009 and my brother, I am absolutely outraged as to how they could obtain this information concerning the last 4 of my SSI and would like to file a report and I will be contacting the police dept for fraud

Said my wife had a payday loan originating with EZMONEY while working at an old job over 15 years ago. It is delinquent and they are reviewing her account for immediate legal action.

My wife never heard of this company and never took a payday loan. This has to be a scam
