I initiated contact on the website for help with my modem. The person on the chat gave me the number to call to speak with a rep. The rep, Max logged into my computer and stated he could not increase my upload speed but there were viruses detected. I told him l didn't have the money today and he became irate and told me my modem would go bad if l did not fix the problem. I asked him to change everything back to where it was before he took over and he got more irate. He ended up restarting the computer, but my password did not work. I spoke to someone who said he was Mark Hunt when l called back and he was no help either and irate as well.
