My son received a notice that he had been selected to receive a American Recovery Reinvestment Act 2009 grant, however, he needed to register at a CVS for $250 and the Federal Reserve will issue a check for $10,000.

We received a phone call saying that we had been approved for $9000. They wanted my daughter to go buy a card and then call them and give them the card information. They told her once she done that, they would have the money loaded onto the card within 10 mins.
