I called and they verified my name, phone number, last 4 of my social, and birthdate. She said they don’t sell your information to any 3rd parties and this was an attempt to collect a debt. I asked what the debt was and said it was for a $500 cash advance fee which I knew was a lie. Would not give me the name of the institution and yelled at me when I said I wanted to dispute and exclaimed that it would cost $2000 to dispute and hung up on me. I believe she was phishing for financial info and address. I called the above area code 404 number that I found associated with ScamPulse.com page and its for a real estate company and she told me that it was a scam. I had my bank representative also confirm it was a scam.
