extremely long story short, but person called my job asking/looking for me. my work told the person that they cannot give information about me but took down their name and number. "Ben Rodgers" was his name and was very rude towards my job. He left his name and number which i then contacted but "Ben" was never there. The number that i called answered the phone with no business name and just a "Hello, how may i help you" They took my name and told me the last 4 of my SSN to confirm it is me and then told me that i am $6300 in debt to NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, which i am not. They then started bashing me calling me ignorant and making poor life decisions and that i am a horrible person for doing this and using scare tactics to get me to pay right then and there. Saying they are taking me to court within the next week if i do not pay. i researched this company, Armstead, and found nothing. They would not give me the name of the person i was speaking to or any other info and then was hung up on. I called back only to get hung up on 3 more times.
