Armslist has received multiple attempted contacts from both our company and a law enforcement agency in regards to a fraudulent user of their website. They have continued to allow an individual to use our Federal License. This person is presenting themselves as an owner of our business, and is obtaining money for firearm sales. This person is scamming people out of hundreds of dollars each time a transaction is made, while promising to sell items that never arrive. Not only are these actions felonies, but they are circulating information from our company that they illegally obtained. Along with this, they have stolen someone's driver's license, and is acting as this individual. The fact that Armslist is allowing this to happen after being notified about it is an illegal act in itself.
