From an ad on facebook, I ordered 6 waterproof solar lights back in May 2018. They charged my credit card for the whole amount and sent me an email saying it was shipped and a tracking number. The product never came, I tracked it and the number was false, couldn't find it anywhere. I called the telephone help line, just a recording. I did everything the recording asked, re: sending an email to their support line. Many email and no answers, Went to their web site under "contact us", many many many contact numbers to them, but no response. Their is nothing at all from them. No customer service, no address or state as to where they are. Nothing. It is no July and I still do not have the products I paid for. Get the FBI on this website, it should be shut down. Please do not put my name out in public. I do not want to talk to the press or have my name associated with this at all. I've learned my lesson, but trying to protect other people.

I ordered these from a pop up on FB. then went to the website to order...... showed great reviews. I ordered 2 sets (4) of solar lights. after about a month I got 1 6 inch piece of crap that did not work. I have tried e-mail... calling and customer service. No response from any of them.

I ordered 2 sets of Solar Flame Lights for $60.85 they looked beautiful on their site. What I received was 1 small CHEAP solar light worth about $3, nothing like what was advertised. I have sent multiple emails and even tried calling with no response.

I ordered two beautiful, tall outdoor brass solar flame lights. What I received many weeks later was one dinky little cheap plastic solar light. When I checked on the company on facebook, I saw that many, many people had been scammed like this, ordering several of these pretty lights and receiving one little plastic light. This company has a nice website with beautiful items, but they're a total scam. When you call the phone number, you don't get to talk to a person. They say to email them and email would be answered within 24 hours, but I've emailed twice with no response. This company needs to be stopped. When you go on their website, you keep getting notifications of people ordering. They are horrible! Probably in China.

I ordered 8 torch lights in April from an Ad on FaceBook. A few days later in April, the full amount of the order was on my Credit Card Bill. Three days later, I received a notice that my order was on it's way. There was also a tracking number that was not recognized by Fed EX. In May, I responded to their earlier message, inquiring about my merchandise. Four days later, I was told they were having tracking problems but my shipment was on its way and to contact them if I didn't have it within the week. The phone number listed is a dummy: none of the selections work. It just keeps repeating. Last week they advertised again and when I read all the people who never got their merchandise, I realized I had been had. I too will have to contact my credit card company and report the fraud.

They offer flickering solar torch lights. What you get is one single cheap solar light that you can buy anywhere for $1.00 Many people have left the same review, it has happened a lot. The add stopped appearing this week on Facebook
