I placed an application on cashloaners.ca then I received an email stating that my loan has been approved so to call Gary Jones at the (289) #. I called and he said that I was approved however needed to pay 10% for the insurance. I agree to take out a $15K loan and then pay $1500 and can send my email transfer for the insurance. Then was told that the investor feels I'm a risk as my credit score is low so therefore required an additional $1000, however he said he can see if they can lower the amount based on me already sending the $1500. He requested $700. I said ok. Sent the $700 to [email protected] and then was told the money would be released and in my account that evening. When I didn't see any funds I called and apparently got the supervisor Lauren, she stated the reason why I didn't receive my funds was because even thou Ryan was able to reduce my fee to $700 instead of $1000, I needed to pay the taxes on the insurance as it's the government and the taxes came to $725. This went on for 24 hours and then I submitted the $725 and was told it was going to be released in an hour and nothing. I kept calling and then still nothing. Then she answered and said they are back logged but all is well and they will be submitting shortly. I called again after not receiving anything and the number for Lauren was no longer in service so I called Gary Jones and left messages upon messages then he answered then hung up, I called from different numbers and once he heard my voice he hung up and blocked me. I sent emails requesting my money back or else I'd take action through the police and no response. I am sending all this info to police and have them take further action
