Businesses please be aware of faxes that appear to be an update request from the yellow pages. We have blocked this several times and requested that faxes discontinue. Eventually one of our non authorized employees signed and refaxed in believe that it was an update only and to her defense the form will state THIS IS NOT A BILL ... and will start in the lengthy message at the bottom with THIS IS NOT AN INVOICE AND YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PAY UNLESS YOU SIGN THE FORM. We are not concerned about having to pay the form has a place to sign but is underlined with read and signed, no statement about accepting terms of this agreement. Company is from the United kingdom and requesting payment of $3200 to be wired, which we are not going to do. This complaint is only to forewarn other Arkansas businesses to inform office employees to not send this form back to the company. Since the company is overseas most likely not much they can do here but if you go to the website of yellow-pages-arkansas.net you can easily see this companies attempt to fend off accusations of scam, fraud, and other claims.
