I had placed an order for the 20-volt max lithium-ion cordless combo kit march of 2010.
On my order details it has it posted for 6/02/2020.
1. I never once heard from these people.
2. Calling is pointless because it never brings you to what your trying to do.
& 3. Why cant I ever just get a reply.
Some info about what the hell is going on then none.
Wasn't a lot of money clearly lost but still. WTF ?

I order two sets of tools and received sunglasses. After several attempts to get a refund, I received an email stating that a refund would be issued in 7-10 days. That email was received on February 28th and I have not been refunded.

I am dealing with the same problem you are but I am working with my credit card company to bring them to court!

I ordered two sets of Dewalt tools and received one sunglasses. I have numerous times requested a refund. The only remedy would be to refund the funds.
