The company called me claiming that i signed a payday loan that was inserted into my key bank account in 2012. They stated i had made 3 payments before closing my account which resulted in fraud against a financial institute. They stated they had a case filed and were taking me to court with salt lake county . I talked to key bank and they confirmed no loan was ever put into my account and that it was closed in 2011. so there couldnt be anything done with it in 2012. I also called the salt lake 3rd district court and there are no cases against me. I have filed a police report with unified police and am reporting to experian and ic3. I also have already filed a report about my missing passport and i believe this is how they found my info.
