Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief
I went to website www.arcct.com filled out form ,day later we got a call saying we were approved, we had two 1.options first on is to have a cosigner with excellent credit.
2.option is to make payment to repay the loan of $35,000.I asked do any money have to be paid up front,he said No,my name is Brian Ashkin,your payment would be $485 a month ARP.Is only 8.6% ,so my husband said we are having a hard time hearing you. So can you email us contact.he said he would,and he did.
It so to make lender feel secure and to show go faith that we are going to make payments on time,that we would have to pay up front first of $350.in few hours after that ,we would have money direct deposit the money to Burbank account(which I didn't put in paperwork).
He called back to see if we got email,made our decision.He then informed me they don't always approve people and don't send contacts out just to anybody,cause they don't want to waste there time.
His company helps good people with bad credit score repair there debt and get back on track.
That we only had 5 days to make decision to accept the loan.if we go over we might get denied next time.
Then told us looking forward to hear back from us soon.
So I have two voice messages left by company and an emailed contact from them.
Husband and I have done searches on them,went BBB LOOK FOR any complaints filed on them,looked up reviews on them. COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY.SO DON'TKNOW IF ITS REALLY COMPANY OR SCAM.
Just have a gut feeling its scam to get our bank account information.
Or our visa card for bank account.
