I’m a Senior Citizen and I was contacted by a Julia. She stated my name and Julia asked for my identifying information like address, date of birth and Social Security Number to use for medical assistance presumably in regard to COVID-19. When I would not give her my identifying information Julia became increasingly loud and demanding with her tone. Julia was seemingly trying to make me fearful enough to provide my identifying information to her. I told Julia that normally my Heathcare Providers let me know what the healthcare reason is for an appointment that I am entitled to before we set up any appointments or exchange identifying information like Date of Birth and Social Security Number, which she was demanding from me.
