This Lady called and left a message using my full name, birthdate and last four of my social security number claiming there was a fraud case filed against my Daughter-in-law and that my address and information was also listed on the claim. That if i did not respond they would be sending letters to both my home and job address. I contacted a lawyer and he stated that the number used to call back they believed was a fraud. 1st of all this is NOT MY DEBT so you will not threaten me over something that does not have anything to do with me, and I should actually go after you for threatening to contact my job over something that does not belong to me.
