they called fiance threatening taking legal action against here if she did not respond. They gave her last 4 of ssn on voicemail and referenced me by name. when i called answered saying you reached arbitration. waited for rep and when i asked company name he said ar legal. when i asked where they were located he said Texas. i asked what city in Texas and he said just Texas. Then when i mentioned better business bureau he immediately hung up. Tried calling back multiple time and would not answer. When i finally hid number and called again answered then as soon as recognized it was me he hung up again. It seriously concerns me because the first threat was to my fiance's work voicemail which is a public school in Texas.
