i received a call from a man saying he was from Aptus. I had purchased a tech support program two years ago. He said they wanted to start a new company and had been ordered by the FTC to refund all current contracts. He had my name and the last four digits of the card I used. He said I did not have to give him banking information but I had to give him remote access to my computer. i told him to call me back in an hour. I called the ScamPulse.com and gave the address I had on the contract receipt. They gave me the number for the company and I called and talked to a Kevin Williams(844-774-9451). He informed me they had not called me and said do not give the caller access to my computer. The amt. and the date the caller gave me was wrong.
