Before my wife and I signed up for a Covid test, I called the company and told them my wife and I needed Japanese government Covid forms filled out with the negative Covid information for a flight to Japan. They told me that to have the forms filled out, I should send them the forms after my wife and I tested negative. We took the test, received negative results, then mailed them the Japanese forms per their instructions. I then received an email telling me that there was a $200. charge per form (total $400) to have them filled out, since the forms were a special order item. What!!! I provided the forms!!! No mention of a charge was made with the initial phone call. This clearly is a bait and switch scam. No other competitor charges for the Japanese forms to be filled out.

When I got tired of trying to communicate the problem by email I called several times and talked to several people. The gist of the calls is that if I could prove when I called and got the initial misinformation, that they would rectify the problem. Not all phones have a call history, so this was an impossible task. After explaining this many times, they offered to reduce the cost of each form by $50. They simply do not understand the concept of trust in that when a customer is told something by the business they have gone to that something is a verbal bond to be delivered. Trust should be the basis of doing business with someone. APD does not believe this. I will never ever go again nor should others to the scam organization, Aptitude Clinical Diagnostics.

Their customer service is non-existant.
