Received a call saying my electricity would be shut off in 30 mins. And wanted me to go to Albertsons to make a payment that was not due yet. Told me my payment was made and lost and needed to pay it again to stop shut off. I called APS directly because it sounded weird and was told it was a scam. Mike was the name given when calling that # at extension 2001. This rings to someone else.

I received a call and I answered it because my phone detects pontential scam calls and this one did not came out as potential scam. The guy told me that he was calling from my electric service company I asked what company and he said Arizona Public Service. I was going to get my service disconected in 30 minutes if I didn't make a payment right away. It had to be cash it could not be credit or debit card because it would take 48 to 72 hours to reflect on my bill and it had to be done right away so it could reflect on my bill. I had to go to Albertsons, Target, or CVS to get a pre-paid card that it would cost me $5.95 and I had to load $395.02 that was supposedly my past due bill. I told him that I didn't want my service disconnected that I was going to do so. He told me that his Name was Alberto and I had to call him back at (602)832-8538 Ext 2004 but then he asked me how far was the store from me I told him that it was 5 minutes. He told me that he was going to stay with me on the phone that way he could prevnet the service to gte disconnected. I knew it was a scam but I tried to get as much information I could to report him. I told him I got to the store and I had bought the card and load it with $400.00 dollars then he told me to scatch it off and read the nuber to him. I made up some numbers and read to him and he said repeat the numbers and I decideed to hung up. The number is registered under Judy Urias my phone had a caller ID and it detected the number under this name (928) 580-2111

Call my cell phone and said that my light would be disconnected in 30 mins as I had not paid bill, and that they had sent 2 notifications, and they needed a deposit to due a investigation, it was a spanish speaking person. They told me I can zelle the money to business of aps gave me a tel phone number of 347-564-9710, name of Erick Santana. After telling him that I was not comfortable he said it was fine but continue to call another 6 times. I finally called APS and they said my account is ok, that it is a scam.

This caller by the name of Ralph called to say he is from APS and our electricity is going be to disconnect and in order to avoid that to call ASAP the following number and ext. we called thinking it was for real, my Business Manager realized it was a scam.

He gave a work order : WS9675364

Scammer (James) says they represent APS and your electricity is about to be turned off as they are required to update your meter. The truck is on its way to shut off your electricity, $498.00 deposit is required for the new meter.

14 Calls to the house claiming there is money owed them by a relative. Refuse to remove our number from data base even though the person doesn't live here. Threatens court proceedings for obstruction of information on the persons phone number 855-473-0348 Lisa Thomas extension 444 is the only info they would give me
