My mother received a call stating her utilities would be shut off they gave her a number to call back and I called and an automated message stated it was APS then a Spanish speaking person answered and they only would speak Spanish they transferred me to another Spanish speaking person and when I informed them that my mother doesn't have an account with them they quickly hung up.
