Robot call first saying my electricity will be shut off in 5 min. due to non payment. But, since it's Sunday, Joseph Valentin (his name) can put through an immediate payment. Said I owed $198.98 and to pay through Zelle. Told me to pay "APS Billing" at 856-203-1411. I did and Valentin showed up. I told him and he said that was the managers last name. I called Wells Fargo because it wasn't going through, but instead of telling me that's because it's a scam, they said if I have an issue to "call Zelle"!

Be careful. After it was not going through, he tried to get me to do it AGAIN! After 30 min. on the phone with him I started crying and said, "I'm not doing this again." But after I hung up, the charge went through.

Wells Fargo should be aware of this scam and tell people to cancel Zelle. They had the chance to help me and they did not.
