Took about 2 weeks for the package to arrive, which is understandable due to covid, holiday and new year. My stuff came and everythiing was great quality. I messaged them to return one item and they took about a day to respond

I ordered a bathing suit from here. It took 2 months to arrive and 2 weeks for their customer service to email me back. By the time they emailed me back, it had arrived, but the fit and quality are horrible. I am sure it will be a waste of time to try to return it so I guess I am just out $37.

I was skeptical after reading these reviews on here, but I just recently made a purchase and my experience was great. At first I have difficulty tracking so I emailed and they responded right away! Once I got my package it was excellent quality...Would give them 5/5 stars, and you cant beat the price!

Joke of a company with worst “customer service”. My order took over 2 months to arrive, they refused to let me return products and are impossible to get ahold of. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a swimsuit from this company, the website looked fine until I realized that the only way to contact the company was via an email. I have been waiting almost 2 months for my order, it took at least 2 weeks just to get a tracking # and then the tracking # says my package has been sitting in a “USPS facility” since 7/1/20. When I contacted the company they have done nothing to ensure my package is on the way.
