We were referred to A woman who calls herself Sheila Blair Taylor, by a family friend. She claimed she could help my husband get a grant for his business. He sent her multiple cash apps. Totaling over $600. She claimed the funds were rejected by his bank and that there would be another deposit directly from the government. When he called her on it she blocked him by phone and on cash app.
