Dylan Brown, representing Appliance Service, 214 283 6733, ordered two parts for our Whirlpool Oven and was paid Jan.6, 2020 for $699.78. He also removed a screw from our oven. Mr. Brown says that he has the part, but as of March 6, 2921, Mr. Brown has chosen not to deliver our part and put our oven back together.

He has continued to offer one excuse after another or not answer his phone

Mr.Brown has not honestly represented this business nor Whirlpool.

We see many other reviews with this same information. We do not seem to have a recourse for this unfinished job.
