The company are scam artists who now have my physical home address. They promised a service and I left with my appliance in far worse condition that has now flooded my garage. Their customer service is very poor, they were rude, lack transparency and have impossible means of locating the business owners.

This man goes by Randy Bryant, Jason or John Jackson. Informs you that repairs are completed-tells my husband to write the check to a John Jackson. Next day AC and Freezer not working, AC man returns demands more money but completes work, but the other guy (AKA: Randy, Jason or John) never returns. He texts and cancels. He then promises a rescheduled time and never shows up-doesn't take calls. We called from our cell 10 times when we were waiting for his arrival and he never answered so I thought, I will call from our home number and he answered. said he was on his way-be there in :20. NEVER SHOWED. WE called police to report but they did not look into this and we are out several thousand dollars. His number is 704-614-4000.
