If you look closely, you'll see the website byline says "APPLIANCE REPAIR BLOOMINGTON, IN".. and if you're reading this you live in Minnesota....
Company website claims "95% of repairs occur same day!" But our common Whirlpool washer required a common latch assembly, a part he didn't have so he would need to return the following day to install it.
Before leaving, he required us to pay the diagnostic fee despite the machine not being repaired. He mentioned he needed the funds to purchase the part. The following day we were informed it would be 3-5 more days before the part would be available.
