I contacted Bexar County Appliance Repair at 210-501-0288 on April 13th 2021 for a refrigerator problem and was told they had a repairman available that evening. Then a repairman from Appliance Diagnostics showed up claiming to work "with" Bexar County Appliance Repair. Since I had only called one company it seemed possible that someone from another might be sent to look at the refrigerator - how else could he have known about the service request? He asked for a deposit for parts and I did pay upfront. That was a mistake. After that, no matter how many times I have attempted to contact both companies, no one has returned my call or responded to my email. Since the check has been cashed and no services rendered I will also file a police report for theft. I have also contacted my bank about this fraud. Apparently the address is fake also and a reputable company has since informed me of this type of scam and also said that these fraudsters also use the name Appliance Pros at the same address. I don't know who to believe; maybe they all scam together?
