The person states that he is a repair person sent by company to repair your appliance. He then states that you will need to pay by check for the parts he needs to order. In my case he took some of my parts with him and then came back with "new parts" and said he had repaired the appliance and that the remaining balance would need to be paid to him again by check. He said to wait 24 hours before using the appliance and then to use it. We waited the 24 hours and then discovered that the appliance was not working properly. We called the company many, many times and left many messages and no one would return our calls. Then we used another phone that had never been used to call the company and someone answered. We explained that our appliance was not working and that it had just been repaired and was under repair warranty. They said they would send the same technician to check the problem. The technician stated that another part would need to be ordered and then replaced for the defective part initially installed. The technician said it would take 3-5 days to receive the part. It has been longer than that and since the company will not return my phone calls I called ScamPulse.com and learned that this company operates under many names, addresses and phone numbers and has an F rating. MY checks were cashed and my appliance is not repaired and I am out my money and have to have a legitimate company fix it and pay all over again
