A company called "Applet Services" called in and said that they had noticed pop-up notices on my devices (4 computers, an iPad and 2 iPods) and that they had been hacked. I gave them access to all the devices and they showed me their website (www.appletservices.com) and showed me their security software and told me about their lifetime tech services for the devices mentioned. They told me the cost was $1500 to protect the devices. The "technician" was named Alex Walker and he was in the devices from Friday night into Saturday day and night. He said they installed Windows 10 on two of the computers and that the update caused a problem with my BluRay player and now he is trying to fix that. I paid using my Discover Card.
