They advertised a product.. shipped a completely different product. When I inquired they said I needed to return item to CHINA when it was shipped from Washington USA. They want me to pay for the shipping in order to get my money back. Here’s the problem. They’ve not offered to actually ship correct item. I believe they don’t even have the item they advertise. I paid via PayPal and they are no help. I can’t even call the company to talk with anyone. It’s by email only. They were supposed to provide me with a tracking number when the item shipped. I never even got that yet I received an item I didn’t even order.
