Purchased a flying witch from ad on fb . Paid with PayPal and was sent a poor mock of what I ordered . Tried to stop from PayPal and the other party says to return for a refund but will not pay return ship charge and I went to the USPS they said no such address . The country bought from us not the return address . PayPal is giving retailer until 9/30 to respond and each time they email me personally they write different options . Definitely a bait and switch sale of product .
