They call from several different numbers. Automated system says "Hi customer, this is Olivia from Apple support. There has been suspicious activity on your icloud account." I pressed 1 to request my number be taken of the calling list. The 1st rep hung up on me and the 2nd rep said I had to suck his balls before my phone would be removed.

Kevin Dogan called from "Apple Support" stating the customer needs to verify his apple ID as his ID is being used in different states. Customer does not have an Apple ID. Was told to go to a Walmart, Walgreens or another store to get a prepaid card however to call him back once he gets into the parking lot. Customer did not do any of this.

My husband cell phone icloud account had been hacked that the password had been changed. Apple support was supposedly giving us assistance with unlocking the phone icloud. A technician working within Apple transferred us to partner posing as the APPLE Supervisor, scammed us out of $986.00.

They claimed to be affiliated with Apple support. They said their reason for calling was to notify us that our iCloud data has been breached and hackers overseas have had access to our information. They wanted to help us secure our information by prompting us to drive to several different stores and supermarkets to purchase $500 gift cards to cancel out the "bad limit credit" attached to our name, and that once the bad limit has reached zero, then everything will be fine. They claimed that they were sending us money to our bank account to help us purchase Best Buy and Sephora gift cards. However, there were no transactions being made. They kept feeding us bits of information in an attempt to convince us that they do indeed work for Apple (i.e. when we demanded him to prove his identity to us, he instructed us to go on the Apple website, click on the support tab and type in the last 4 digits of his ID number, thus popping up his full name as well as his email and the year of which he joined Apple, threatened law enforcement against us when we told him about our suspicions by saying "I'll call the FBI and have this call recorded because you're accusing me of doing something I'm not doing" and "if you try to file a lawsuit or a case against me, it's not going to work because we, as Apple, tried to help you and you denied the help"). When they first called, it was a lady who instructed me to download a software called anyhelp, that allows her to control my MacBook. She then transfers me to a man, whom we spoke with the most (we stayed on the line for hours with him as we were driving and going in and out of stores). Both had an Indian accent. The man got very defensive about our critical nature everytime we bought up the fact that we weren't sure if he could be trusted. He claimed that we had to stay on the line with him at all times or else "the hacker will have access to your device if you disconnect the call". After purchasing the gift cards like we were prompted to, we were told to scratch the pin numbers and read them out loud to him. The reason why we was with us on the line for so long is because he claims to be "working after hours" and that he doesn't "get paid for this".

Looks different when I copy/paste...the email has the Apple logo also so someone else may think it’s a valid email.

They keep calling my landline. We don't extensively use iCloud. I would appreciate advise on blocking them.
