I completely fell to this Apple Support phishing scam. I allowed them to take over my computer remotely. They spent 2 hours trying to convince me after that. I gave them all of my credit card info. The phone call starts with "your iCloud account has been hacked" and they claim to be "Apple Support and will fix your computer" and install correction software but in reality it is their malware.
