Apple Support Advisor called 10 times on Saturday. Caller ID read 315-232-8257.

Many calls/day(25+ yesterday) using automated message, saying that it's urgent to speak to your "Apple Support Advisor", or to call same at ************(bogus phone #) ! Caller I.D. shows name as "UNAVAILABLE" with no phone # showing. After I put a "block" on all inbound calls that had no phone # showing, the SPAMMER(S) then, today, changed their tactics - showing a BOGUS NAME & A BOGUS 10-digit phone # - but still with the same automated message. However, the amount of SPAM calls received today has - thankfully - decreased.

Robo call says they are from Apple Support Advisor and to call as there is an issue with our iCloud. Received three calls in a row from the above Washington DC numbers.... They leave a number for you to call.

This is what they left me for message. (Of course, I don't pick up any phone calls that are not in my telephone book and I immediately report it as Spam and block the number!

Just wish to inform other so that they don't fall for this scam!)

Sounds like Phishing for info like passwords, etc.

I recently purchased an I phone. They said I should turn on my computer which I did not do. Is this a scam?

Phone call claiming my apple iCloud had been breached. I did not answer the call. Multiple automated phone calls from same number.

I was contacted regarding a security breach of my Apple ID. He asked the number of Apple Products I use. Then I was instructed to go online on my computer to get his assistance in protecting my identity. He asked me to log onto www.helpme.net. I was then suspicious because Apple is a .com not .net. As I started typing the web address he was telling me there was an entry indicating the site was a scam. So I told him I would have to call back to do this as I was busy with something at that time. He said he would call me back. He then called back on several different numbers. (NC 704-972-0980, IL 312-392-5844, TX 972-202-5820)

When the scammer called again I asked for his name (Sam Balcher) and badge # (APP765012) then I told him I was going to report him to my local police because I felt like this was a scam.

Apple support advisor began calling our house phone about a month ago maybe twice a week and we would ignore it because we only have two Apple phones and all our phones and computers are safeguarded. 2 days ago we started getting calls 5 to 6 times a day. I am cautious about scams and came to this site. No money has been asked for or lost yet. I never let them get that far.
