Was trying to get charges refunded on my account that was used by someone else. Called two different numbers that went to the same office. Talked to two different people which one was suppose to be a supervisor. The first person was named Cisco ext number 1033 and the supervisor name was Justin ext 1016. Long story short told me I had to get 4 $100.00 iTunes cards that would be reimbursed to remove electronic items from my account. They said the cards did not work and then asked for me to get a 500.00 Google play card. After telling them off they sent me an email saying they will reimburse me $1100.00 in 30 minutes if I got the Google play card. Got the head office of apple and they let me know that I had been scammed.
