This person has called me a least 30 times today. Saying my I cloud account has been jeopardized on my apple products. You are asked to push one to talk to an rep. I did and a man says Apple can I help you. I asked why they have called so many times then he hung up. They called again and i went through the process again. This time the man started cussing at me and said nasty things. They are still calling. I told the man i was reporting them to the BBB. They still are still calling.

They called every 10-20 minutes. It is Olivia from Apple support. Saying my I cloud account has been compromised. Could press 1 to continue or call later at 315-232-8257.

I received several phone calls from many different numbers on my land line. The messages they leave are....There is suspicious activity on your i cloud account and the other phone number threatened that if I didn't call back by midnight my i cloud account would be cancelled. My son told me I don't even have an i cloud account set up."
