I bought a new computer so I called Apple customer service but did not notice the address bar! The people Indian talked me into letting them get control of my phone through an app!’ Then they became fixed on bank account information!! When I questioned them they said this had to be done to obtain access to the new computer. They attempted to get me to zelle them money. I was so upset I told them I’m going to hang up. The scammers said they will take all my money. I immediately called the bank talked to fraud Dept . They told me they felt like people were phishing. They instructed me to change my Apple I-d password and monitor my account.

This scammer posed as a customer service rep for Apple, and even have the same logo as the Apple legitimate website. I was trying to restore lost info on my phone, which is why I called Apple tech support. Scammer tried to get me to put $200 on a google play card at a neighborhood store for the purpose of identity verification; with the promise to refund the $200 once he got my info restored to my phone. I was suspicious, the lady at the store was even more suspicious; and eventually the scammer hung up while I was in the store asking relevant questions.

Got a call that told me that I had suspicious activity on my apple ID. Looked up apple support number and a number came up. I called and he asked for my email and first and last name, and asked me to download an app called Team Viewer QuickSupport. He seemed suspicious to me and tried to tell him "I would call back" and he kept not wanting to let me go, I hung up, and he called me back from this Washington DC number.
