I was looking online for Apple Support and ended up on a fake website. I called the number on the website and the individuals were extremely clever. They convinced me to use zelle to pay for transferring the iPhone I was trying to ship to an apple store in Dallas.

They gave me an authorization number to pick up the phone and were very "helpful". They didn't ask for social security, credit card or account numbers. They made me think that I wasn't using zelle.
