I placed an order on Oct. 16, 2021. Apple Curves immediately charged my card $15. I've tried 4 times to contact them for an update on my order. I've never received a response. I reported them to the BBB. Tomorrow, I'm calling my credit card company. This place is a SCAM!

ordered a 15$ binder from them and it's been two weeks and the shipment page still says "processing". tried twice using their contact email to get an answer: got nothing. their contact page just gives you an error when trying to use it. i tried emailing them saying to either send me the product or i'll force a refund through my bank but i'm not even sure if the email is even in use.
