[email protected]. NEEDS TO BE NOTIFIED. TOTALLOSFORMKETO IS WHAT THEY USE. THE NUMBER GOES TO ATTORNEYS OFFICE IN CHICAGO. ICALLED OFFICE N INFORMED THEM OF THIS FACT TOLD SECRETARY GEAT HEASR [censored] N PUT INVESTIGATORS ON IT.

Eye cream trial was offered after following a link via an article posted on Facebook. Once I ordered the trial ($4.91) for the serum, I received two products in the mail. Just a simple Packing List included with two products listed and two different phone numbers no other information. Two weeks later I received an email that said my trial had ended. I responded to that email and canceled the trial. I heard nothing else from them until I got my credit card statement and it showed that I had two separate charges one for $80+ and one for $90+. When I called to inquire (yet a different number was listed on my credit card statement), I was told that I was charged for the product that I had received in the initial statement -- the product that was sent as a trial. They said because I failed to cancel I was charged for the trial. I disputed and told them that I did indeed cancel (via email). They don't recognize this as canceling. They said that this was listed on their "terms and conditions" which I don't have a copy of. They said they will credit me for 50% of the charges (these are not yet showing up on my credit card statement). And they said they have canceled any future shipments. What is most alarming is that I cannot find any third party information on them. And, they list the following two company names on my credit card statement: "appealsheersparestructure888-5219425 LA" and "totalexcesslosformketo MACON GA". When I called the one phone number they could see both of the charges. The two products were named: "Gaze Beauty Cream" and "Glimmer Envy Anti-aging Serum". My credit card company agrees that this was not good business and suggested that I report to BBB.
